Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Kanthabharan Jewellers piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Pieces that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.

How to start a return. Contact us through the contact form on this website before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and share the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Customized pieces. Pieces that were customized at your request are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
